Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Amount Refund
As per the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana guidelines, the booking/registration amount (5% of the total cost) is fully refundable for unsuccessful applicants who do not secure a plot in the final draw of lots.
2. Refund Process
Refunds for unsuccessful applications will be processed automatically to the original source of payment within 30-45 working days after the official draw date.
3. Cancellation by Applicant
If a successful allottee chooses to cancel their booking after the draw, cancellation charges may apply as per the developer’s official terms and government norms. Please refer to the detailed project brochure for exact penalty percentages.
